Raffaella Manca

Co-founder e PR & Marketing Director

Raffaella brings more than 20 years of experience in communication, press office and marketing strategy in the luxury hospitality, wine and food sectors. Her professional background includes Ciga Hotels, Sina Hotels and the Starwood Hotels & Resorts group, where she served as PR & Marketing Manager for the Costa Smeralda Area. A trusted reference for national and international media, Raffaella oversees client relations and coordinates projects and teams.

Paolo Costanzi

Co-Founder e Copywriter

His thesis in literature and philosophy, on the Corsican influences on the Turritana language, prepared him for a future as a copywriter. He then left the family farm—Capperi Costanzi—to devote himself to writing. An editor and director of free press and house organs including Coast Magazine, he is a sworn enemy of clichés, repetition, and boredom. He plays the saxophone on tourist boats, while waging a solitary battle against the pluralization of foreign words in Italian texts.
